In the following, you will find information about the changes in WissIntra NG Release 1.2.26522.0.

Swimlane – color-highlighted connections

To get an even better overview within the swimlane, color-highlighted connections provide a clear allocation, now.

As soon as you move the mouse over a relevant process, the associated connections, connection texts, and processes are highlighted in different colors. Note: The connections of colors are random and serve only to distinguish (individual colors have no further meaning).

Swimlane - Arrangement within the Swimlane

The placement of a process card within an existing swimlane has been optimized and makes it easier for the user to work with the swimlane.

As soon as a process card is inserted, all subsequent process cards in a row move to the right.

Managing Risks - Link existing actions

Under the tabs Managing (Threats) and Managing (Opportunity) you have the additional possibility to link already existing action to a risk.

Conversely, this means that you can link one action to several risks.

Report – Risk management

Under Reportings you can open the "Risk Management Report", now. This shows you all risk matrices during a selected evaluation period. Here you can decide if you want to display the risk matrices of the threats and/or the opportunities. Further filters such as location, category, affected area und probability (current state) are also available.

The report also lists the created and linked actions of a risk.

Audit criteria – already selected

Now, if you would like to add further audit criteria to an audit, you can see at a glance which audit criteria have already been selected in this audit and which have not yet been selected.

Audit criteria that have already been selected are displayed in italics and have a tooltip.

Report - Audited criteria with a chapter number

The Report “Audited criteria” also shows the chapter number.

• Bug fixed [risk manager]:
  Report ‘Development and threats and opportunities’ - Graphics also display in the preview.
• Bug fixed [action manager]:
  In a task, the linked document is displayed again, regardless of the permission in the document manager.
• Bug fixed [action manager]:
  In the action history, the right user will be displayed.
• Bug fixed [action manager]:
  The filter of the column "Verification - Status" now shows all successful actions.
• Bug Fixed [action manager]: Users who are no longer in the organisation don't get mails anymore.
• Bug fixed [process manager]: in the interfaces tab - all coupled process cards are displayed in the edit mode.

The prioritization of all open ideas and requirements described in the last release notes has been completed. Thematic development packages are currently being set together from these in order to be able to implement them in a targeted manner in the future. In addition, a product roadmap is being planned, which should provide more transparency with regard to the planned further development.
