Last Updated 2019/12/10
In the following, you will find information about the changes in WissIntra NG Release 1.2.26028.0.
Critical Changes
Please note that with version 1.2.26028.0 the system requirements for WissIntra NG have changed!
- Update from.Net 4.6.2 to.Net 4.8
- Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2012 will no longer be supported from 1.1.2020
If not already installed the setup automatically installs .Net 4.8 and restarts the server.
General Changes
Salutation for a user is no longer necessary
Within the User Management in the Settings, a user (except group users) always had to be defined as male or female. This is no longer necessary.
Saving views
Within most modules of WissIntra it is now possible for every user to save the current view as favourite. This grants the advantage to reuse adjusted content tables and filters, at any time.
Table information
The information of a table about the amount of entries being displayed, is now shown above the table, too.
Changes in the Action Manager
Action deputy
The action now allows to define a deputy. A user that has been declared as Deputy, automatically receives every necessary permission to edit the action.
Creating multiple actions
When creating a new action, a mode to create several actions successively can be activated. After creating one action successfully, a new modal opens and already contains the previous input. To cancel the mode, you just need to exit the edit mode or switch off the checkbox.
Editing multiple actions
Multiple actions can now be marked and edited at the same time. It is possible to change the Status, the Responsible person or the Deputy with just one single click for several actions simultaneously.
Succession settings
The section “Action Management” in the WissIntra Settings now contains the Succession settings. This functionality is used to define a specific date when a user, a Responsible person or a Deputy for several actions, is going to be replaced by another user in one or more locations. Every responsibility, including the Deputy, is affected at the selected locations.
Check for effectiveness
The check for effectiveness can now have a negative result, too. Evaluating an action as “Not successful” automatically sets the Status to “In planning” and displays a symbol in the content table. A positive evaluation automatically sets the Status of the action to “Checked for effectiveness”.
Action program permissions
Within the button “More” a new functionality “Permissions” is added to the Action program.
Equal to the Document Manger, permissions now can be defined for every single action program.
Changes in the Audit Manager
VDA evaluation
The evaluation of audits following the VDA schema, has been reworked.
The audit report also has been reworked. It now displays an overall result as a grade (A-C) and the quantity of evaluations in detail. The grade is calculated by the evaluation result in percent:
- Grade A: Result ≥90%
- Grade B: 80%≤ Result<90%
- Grade C: Result <80%
Changes in the Process Manager
Interdependencies
Due to frequent feedback in the table for interdependencies, where the colour red often is interpreted as a critical issue, the colours have been changed to grey.
Changes in the Document Manager
New Documents
To create new documents in the Document Manager it is now possible to choose “Link document”.
Miscellaneous
- The performance of the Audit management and the Action management processing a big data traffic has been improved.
- Filters now have an alphabetical order. “Clear filter“ resets them by one click.
