In the following, you will find information about the changes in WissIntra NG Release 1.2.24591.0.

We would like to inform you that the support for Windows server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 R2 will be terminated as of December 31, 2018.

LDAP groups

As an administrator, you can assign WissIntra roles to an Active Directory group at a location in the User Management. As soon as an AD user logs in, the system reads the groups of the user and assigns the permissions according to the assigned roles of the group. This allows you to manage the permissions directly via the Active Directory. You no longer have to assign individual roles separately to new created users.

Select tabs for printing

When printing a process card or the current process level, you can select which tabs should actually be printed. If only the tab General is filled in the process card, the query does not appear. Titles and breadcrumbs are always printed, no matter which tabs are selected or deselected.

Create risk from Turtle

In the tab Turtle Analysis of a process card, you have the option to directly create a risk in the fields Threats and Opportunities (Risks). The text of this field is automatically transferred to the field Description in the risk. Within the newly created risk, the original process is listed as a Linked process.

Linked risks visible within the process

Once a process is linked to a risk, it is displayed in the tab Linked Risks of the process card. It does not matter whether the process was linked within the risk or the risk was created from the turtle analysis. The bullet points on the process card have been extended accordingly so that you can directly identify which processes are linked with risks.

Copy an audit including the evaluation of the audit criteria

As soon as you copy an audit, you can choose whether the evaluation of the individual audit criteria should also be copied in addition to the data copied so far.

• Notifications for document were only sent to administrators. This has been fixed so that the notification settings for document events now work correctly.
• Improved loading of Javascript and CSS files when printing a process layer.
• Incorrect feedback when saving a process with unfilled mandatory fields has been corrected.
